One way we demonstrate our commitment is through the use of a third party construction inspection service. This multi-faceted program is designed to make sure every home we build is constructed with the highest level of craftsmanship. Royce Builders assures you of owning a home built to surpass the most exacting standards.

Quality Assurance

The main advantage of working with an independent consultant is that it allows the Construction Managers to work closely with the Inspectors, allowing for better quality and cost control, as well as ensuring the timeliness of construction.

Our building standards significantly exceed the minimum level of building regulations and codes. Royce requires that Construction Managers be on-site for each quality review. This provides the opportunity for perfecting communication and training, helping us to avoid repeating any potential mistakes.

In addition, Royce Builders has a clearly defined list of “Best Practices” to be strictly followed. Also, an internal quality review performed by the Construction Managers’ direct Supervisor is essential. As part of this 8-step review, Construction Managers complete a 244-item checklist review prior to meeting with the buyer for their walk through. We conduct three independent Quality Reviews to ensure that any outstanding items are re-inspected until corrections are made.

What sets us apart in our Quality Assurance Program is that we do not allow our customers, under any circumstance to close on their homes until they clarify their 100% satisfaction. Royce Builders’ intent in developing this program was to create something unique. We call it “Culture of Quality.”

Rewarding Quality

As part of the Quality Assurance Program, Construction Managers receive quarterly awards for their outstanding performance. Healthy competition provides incentive, contributing to the increased quality of our homes.

Our concern for providing homebuyers with the best in customer service is reflected in the 90-page Homeowner’s Guide, which is presented at the time of contract. Outlining important procedures relating to the purchase of a Royce Builders home, the guide also includes information on other topics. These topics include the building process, financing, specific warranty coverage and maintenance instructions.

In recognition of our on-going commitment to setting new and higher standards of excellence, Royce Builders has received numerous awards over the years. Among them, recognition at the national Association of Home Builders National Awards, the Texas Association of Builders Star Awards, the Greater Houston Builders Association Prism Awards and the Homebuilders Association of Greater Dallas McSam Awards among others.
